Huang Haoming, president of Hainan Asia Philanthropy Research Institute and distinguished professor of China Philanthropy Research Institute of Beijing Normal University, introduced in detail the policy support of the state to promote community philanthropy and the practice cases of industrial community philanthropy from three aspects of "macro policy of community philanthropy, innovative practice of community philanthropy, and challenges and countermeasures of community philanthropy". The paper analyzes the elements, linkage mechanism and development trend of community charity, and concludes that "community charity is an important part of the social governance system, which needs accurate strategic positioning and participation; Community charitable organizations need to mobilize social resources with the spirit of kindness and improve their professional ability to serve the society in an all-round way. Developing the core of community charity is a strategy of strategic positioning, talent training, rule-making, risk control, supervision and evaluation.
