With many years of experience in marketing and public relations, she served in foreign companies such as Dentsu, Weber Shandwicks, and Universal Music Group. She specializes in organization brand management and public relation communications.

After founding Inspiring NPO in 2012, she focuses on providing brand management and integrated communication services for the non-profit industry, and has successively served in various types of organizations such as Narada Foundation, China Youth Development Foundation, Sun Culture Foundation, Energy Foundation, One Foundation, and China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, etc.
