On March 17, the 7th Session ofthe1st CGPI Board of Directors was held in Beijing.
The session was presided over by Ma Weihua, Chairman of the Board of Directors. And the attending board members included: Lei Yongsheng, President of our Foundation; Chen Yueguang, Executive President and Secretary-General of Dunhe Foundation; Fang Yi (video participant), Vice President of Qiaonyu Foundation; Geng Ming, Deputy Director of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation China Office; Wang Zhenyao, President of CGPI; and Wang Jianxi (President of Beijing Dali Charity Foundation) appointed by Ray Dalio, Chairman and Joint CIO of Bridgewater Associates, Director of Beijing Dalio Public Welfare Foundation. And Supervisor Liu Jing, head of China Philanthropy Times Newspaper Office also participated in this session.
The session voted to adopt 5 issues including 2017 Work Report and 2018 Work Plan of CGPI, Proposal on the 2017 Financial Report of CGPI, Proposal on the 2018 Financial Budget of CGPI, Proposal on Professional Assessment of CGPI, and Proposal on the Nomination of Huang Haoming as Vice President of CGPI.
On behalf of Ray Dalio, Wang Jianxi presented Lei Yongsheng the book Principles autographed by Ray Dalio.
